Nothing’s changed regarding China with questionable economic data and stock market volatility leaving investors highly wary of emerging markets. US Dollar strength also a headwind with expectations of a retracement of pre-Fed rate hike gains thus far not coming to fruition. This all leaves little in the pot for EM-focused asset managers like ADN.
90% of broker recommendations are now neutral to bearish on the stock, yet we still note brokers are behind the curve with even the most bearish target price sitting 2% above current levels. Expect target price revisions at the very least.
