The UK 100 called to open -20 points at 8,242. The UK 100 looks set to open slightly lower this morning as oil prices have continued to decline overnight. Stateside yesterday saw a mixed trading session, The Dow Jones slipped 115.29 points, or 0.30% to close at 38,571.03. The S&P inched higher by 0.11% to finish the session at 5,283.40, while the Nasdaq added 0.56% to 16,828.67.
British American Tobacco said they expect a small decline in HY revenue and adjusted profit from operations, but have maintained their FY forecast of low single digit growth.
Chemring Group is targeting to increase their annual revenue to around £1bn by 2030. They reported an adjusted H1 pretax profit of £22.7m.
Vistry, Blackstone Real Estate and Regis Group agree terms for 1,750 new homes worth £580m.
Vodafone CFO Luka Mucic buys 510,000 shares at 76p, worth £388,365 on Monday.
Wizz Air carries 5.1m passengers in May at 91% load factor.
