Company News:

Antofagasta expects its copper production to increase between 670,000-710,000 metric tonnes in 2024 due to progress in expanding its Los Pelambres mine. They have produced 469,100 tonnes of copper in the first nine months of the year, which is 4.1% higher than the same period last year.

Barratt Developments have forecast that their annual outlook is to remain “uncertain” in the wake of a challenging mortgage market, although they reaffirmed their FY home-building targets. They will focus on driving revenue through multi-unit sales to the private rental and affordable housing sectors, besides doling out incentives to customers to boost sales.

Marshalls sees their FY expectations unchanged.

Segro says they are on track for a strong year of rent roll growth due to active asset management and demand for their high-quality product.

Whitbread posted a 44% rise in HY profit, helped by strong demand and resilient spending at its pubs and restaurants. They reported an adjusted HY profit before tax of £391m, up from £272m YoY.

888 Holdings says their Q3 result was in line with their September trading update as there is no change in their FY expectations.
