Markets Overview:

The UK 100 called to open +44 points at 7,504.  The UK 100 looks set to make a positive start to the week on hopes that US interest rates have peaked after Fridays US jobs data hinted at a finally loosening jobs market and actions taken by Chinese authorities will support its faltering economy.  Wall Street ended the week in the green, the Dow added 115.80 points, or 0.33%, to close at 34,837.71 The S&P added roughly 0.18% to finish the session at 4,515.77, while the Nasdaq closed marginally lower, giving up 0.02% to end the day at 14,031.81.
