Process for finding a new CEO is well advanced and the board looks forward to updating the market in the near future. Remain confident in delivering target of 40-50 new stores in 2014. ASOS (ASOS.L) – Posted a 22% fall in first half profit. Pre-tax profit of £20.1m in the six months to Feb. 28, down from £25.7m in the same period last year. Warned that accelerated investment in warehousing in the UK and Germany as well as start-up costs in China would hit annual profit. Closing Price 5154p (Reuters)
Cupid Plc (CUP.L) – Revenues from continuing business were flat at £26.6m. Adjusted EBITDA loss of £2.8m. Profitability to be at a positive run rate as cupid enters 2015. Expect to be cash generative in second half of 2014. Closing Price 69.50p (Reuters)
