Evraz (EVR.L) – Q3 crude steel output fell 3.1%. In y-o-y terms, the output rose 1.4%. Average selling prices for most key steel product groups continued to be impacted by the downward trends in the global steel market. Closing Price 132.26p (Reuters)

Anglo American (AAL.L) – Record 3Q copper production. Rose to 207,300 tonnes in the three months, ahead of analyst expectations. Iron ore, however, came in significantly below expectations. Refined platinum production was virtually flat at 623,000 ounces. Closing Price 1553.00p (Reuters)

Easyjet (EZJ.L) – Britain’s aviation body said it was considering deregulating the fees which London’s Stansted Airport charges airlines, citing deals with that could impact the airport’s power over low cost and charter carriers. Closing Price 1328.00p (Reuters)

Kazakhmys (KAZ.L), Glencore Xstrata (GLEN.L), Rio Tinto (RIO.L), BHP Billiton (BLT.L) – China’s economic growth. The world’s second biggest economy grew 7.8% in the third quarter, the country’s fastest pace this year, as rising foreign and domestic demand lifted factory production and retail sales. Closing Price 259.80p, 330.50p, 3191.50p, 1844.00p respectively (Reuters)
