TUI Travel (TT.L) –  Reported a 3% rise in third-quarter profit and said it was confident of delivering full-year profit growth of at least 10%. Closing Price 401.50p (Reuters)

ENRC (ENRC.L) – Reported an increase in second-quarter output from its key ferroalloys division, while the iron ore unit on Wednesday reported its best quarter in three years, after a weather-hit start to 2013. Closing Price 221.10p (Reuters)

Randgold Resources (RRS.L) – Posted a 62% drop in quarterly profit, impacted by the plunging price of bullion, and said it would further cut costs as it battles lower gold prices. Quarterly profit on Wednesday fell to $54.1mn in the three months to June 30 from $141.9mn in the year earlier period. Closing Price 4428.00 (Reuters)

Old Mutual (OML.L) – Weathered unpredictable economic conditions for its emerging market businesses to post 14% growth in operating profit. Closing Price 192.50p (Reuters)
