Premier Foods PLC (PFD.L) – Revenue from continuing operations £1.76bn. Underlying business trading profit up 10.6% to £123.4m. Net debt reduced to £950.7m. £20m of overhead cost savings are expected to be delivered in 2013. Closing Price 89.75p (Reuters)

Ladbrokes (LAD.L) –8% rise in operating profit to £206m, ahead of analyst forecasts for £204m. The company has struggled with digital technology but said it expected its new sports betting and mobile platforms to be rolled out in the first two quarters of 2013. Closing Price 231.00p (Reuters)

Sports Direct (SPD.L) – Posted a 23% profit rise in its Christmas quarter and said it was certain of hitting its full-year target. Closing Price 416.00p (Reuters)

BAE Systems (BAES.L) – Posted a 6 % fall in 2012 profit on Thursday, weighed down by continued uncertainty over cuts to the U.S. military budget and unresolved discussions with Saudi Arabia over the pricing of a key contract. Closing Price 332.20p (Reuters)

Kingfisher (KGF.L) – Said it would meet year profit forecasts even though underlying sales declines worsened in its fourth quarter. Closing Price 278.30p (Reuters)

 Tullow Oil PLC (TLW.L) – Successful completion of the flow tests at twiga south-1 in Kenya Rate has the potential to flow at around 5,200 bopd Ondyek-1 exploration well did not encounter hydrocarbons and has been plugged and abandoned. Closing Price 1244.00p (Reuters)
