Group revenues of £951.1m (2011: £952.8m) and completions of 5,085 units (2011: 5,117 units) Order book of more than £1.1bn. Petrofac Ltd (PFC.L) – FY net profit $632m vs. $540m last year. Total dividend up 17% to $0.64 per share. FY revenue up 9% to $6.3bn Expect to deliver good growth in net profit in 2013, strategy underpins achievement of 2015 earnings target  Closing Price 1597.00p (Reuters)

Centrica (CNA.L) –  5% rise in full-year earnings, EPS for the year to end Dec. rose to 27.1p, compared with earnings of 27.4 pence per share according to a Thomson Reuters I/B/E/S poll of 21 analysts. Closing Price 349.10p (Reuters)

Weir Group PLC (WEIR.L) – FY pre-tax profits up 12% to £443m. FY dividend increased by 15% to 38.0p. Closing Price 2164.00p (Reuters)

ITV Plc (ITV.L) – To pay a special dividend of 4p in addition to full year dividend of 2.6p after posting a 13% rise in 2012 earnings. Closing Price 120.20p (Reuters)
