TUI Travel (TT.L) – Sale of interests in the airline group for cash proceeds of approximately £38m. The company will sell 87.4% of its shareholding and loan note interests in airline group. Closing Price 387.29p (Reuters)
GW Pharmaceuticals (GWP.L) – FY revenue £27.3m vs. £33.1m year ago. Net loss after tax for 2013 of £4.5m compared to a profit after tax of £2.5m in 2012. Closing Price 178.00p (Reuters)
