GKN (GKN.L) – 19% rise in full-year profit, boosted by growth at its Driveline autos unit. 2012 pretax profit of £497m on revenues 13% higher at £6. Total dividend for the year by up by 20% to 7.2p per share. Closing Price 252.30p (Reuters).
