Standard Chartered (STAN.L) – Will show how it intends to sharpen its focus and potentially sell several small businesses to revive its fortunes. Expected to report a 2013 profit of $7.1 billion, down from $7.5 billion in 2012, according to the average forecast compiled by the company. Warned in December that 10 years of record earnings would end in 2013 due to losses in Korea, weak investment banking income and a slowdown in Asia. Closing price 1274.5p. (Reuters). Admiral Group (ADM.L) – FY pretax profit up 7% at £370m vs. £363.7m expected, revenue £2.03bn, final dividend 50.6p. Closing Price 1419.00p (Bloomberg)

Legal and General (LGEN.L) – Operating profit up 7% £1,158m, net cash up 16% to £1bn, FY EPS 15.2p FY group dividend up 22% to 9.30p/sh. Closing Price 240.50p (Bloomberg)

Michael Page International (MPI.L) – FY revenue £1bn vs. £984.6m expected, FY operating profit £65.7m vs. £57.3m, basic EPS 15.1p vs. 13.5p expected, total dividend 10.5 p/sh vs. 10p expected, says fee earner headcount increased by 186, remain exposed to some volatile economies. Closing Price 504.00p (Bloomberg)

Melrose Industries (MRO.L) – FY pretax profit £226.1, vs. £117.9 last year, revenue £1.73bn, final dividend 5-p p/sh. Closing Price 327.90p (Bloomberg)

Carillion (CLLN.L) – Posted a 13% fall in full-year adjusted pretax profit, broadly as expected by the market, after it scaled back its energy services and British construction businesses.  Underlying pretax profit of £174.7m for the full year on revenue of £4.1bn down 7%.  Closing Price 378p.
