Hargreaves Lansdowne (HL.L) – Revenue up 13%. Interim div up 11% to 7 p. Pre-tax profits up 11%. The amount of assets £43.4bn with net business inflows of £2.8bn. Closing Price 1497.00p (Reuters)

ICAP (IAP.L) – 3Q revenue was 6% lower than the previous year due to challenging market conditions. Expectations for f-y profit remain unchanged but warned that further bank deleveraging and fresh regulations on swaps trading could affect performance in Q4. Closing Price 389.30p (Reuters)

Homeserve (HSV.L) – Stabilising its UK business. Continuing to invest in and grow international businesses with new partnerships. Expects adjusted pretax profit for the year to be in line with market expectations. UK customer numbers at 31 December 2013 were 2.1m. Closing Price 307.00p (Reuters)

RSA (RSA.L) – British insurer RSA has appointed former Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS.L) boss Stephen Hester as its new chief executive with immediate effect, replacing Simon Lee who quit in December. Closing Price 99.00p (Reuters)
