EasyJet (EZJ.L) – Nudged up its annual profit forecast on Thursday and said it expected 4Q revenue growth of about 6%. EasyJet forecast a pretax profit for the 12 months to Sept. 30 of £470-480m compared with previous guidance of £450-480m. Closing Price 1314p (Reuters)

BP (BP.L) – Late last night won a legal reprieve in its effort to force the administrator of a settlement related to the 2010 Gulf of Mexico oil spill to tighten standards in assessing claims, potentially sparing the oil company billions of dollars of extra costs. Closing Price 432.30p (Reuters)

Gemfields (GEM.L) – FY EBITDA of $1.2m vs. $54.6 m in 2012. FY revenue of $48.4m vs $83.7m in 2012. FY production of emerald and beryl from Kagem increased 42% to 30.0m carats. Emerald and beryl grade for year rose 38% to 283 carats per tonne versus 205 carats per tonne last year. Closing Price 26.00p (Reuters)

Ted Baker (TED.L) – H1 group revenue £155.2m up 30.9%. Profit before tax, bonus provision and exceptional costs £12.5m up 33.0%. Profit before tax and exceptional costs £11.6m up 24.3%. UK and European retail sales up 22.6% to £91.6m. Early trading has been positive across the business. Closing Price 1920.00p (Reuters)

William Hill (WMH.L) – Poor retail performance in its third quarter meant operating profit had fallen £20mn ($32.5m) below expectations, warning that shortfall may not be recovered by the year end. Closing Price 411.30p (Reuters)

Carillion (CLLN.L) – Awarded £92mn contract for the Kempinski wave hotel in Oman. Closing Price 315.70p (Reuters)
