Anglo American (AAL.L) – Following the acquisition of Xstrata, many are already pointing to vulnerable or undervalued rivals, including Anglo American, as the next target for Glencore. Closing Price 1563.50p (Reuters)

Randgold Resources (RRS.L) – Posted a more than 20% drop in profit on Thursday, hit in the first three months by a reduced contribution from its Loulo-Gounkoto mine in Mali, lower prices and ounces of gold left unsold. Closing Price 5110.00p (Reuters)

Imagination Technologies Group (IMG.L) – Several licensing agreements been subject to short term delays, impacting FY 2013. Now expects adjusted pre-tax profits to be below market expectations. We now expect licensing revenue (excluding mips) to be around £27m for the year. Closing Price 424.50p (Reuters)

Legal & General Group PLC (LGEN.L) – Net cash generation up 19% to £249m. Net inflows of £5.5bn, up 113% on Q1 2012. New business ape £555m, up 28%. Closing Price 170.60p (Reuters)

RSA Insurance Group PLC (RSA.L) – Net asset value up 5% in the quarter to 112p per share. Says confident in ability to achieve return on equity target of 10-12%. Investment portfolio totalled £14.9bn at 31 March 2013, up 4% on 31 December 2012. Closing Price 111.00p (Reuters)

BG Group (BG.L)  – Quarterly earnings fell 3%, impacted by slightly lower output and higher costs. Closing Price 1089.50p (Reuters)
